We had the pleasure of collaborating with Distinction Rotorua Hotel & Conference Centre to create a number of spaces for conference delegates to enjoy. Lush greenery dressed the stage, while a backdrop of fairy lights and a photo wall provided the perfect setting to capture memories.  The courtyard was transformed into a sparkling winter wonderland, and charming centerpieces lined the bar.
 
The Gala Dinner at Te Puia provided a magnificent backdrop for the delegates’ AMAZING costumes. The theme, “Back to the Future,” was brilliantly brought to life with vibrant Lycra archways, a new take on the time machine created the perfect photo wall, and an array of 70’s and 80s props and decor made the event extra special. It was truly a fun-filled event!

Before our unfortunate Covid-19 Lockdown for 2021, we were lucky enough to put on this amazing event! An incredible Gatsby Ball for the students at John Paul College Rotorua. A night to remember to say the least!

Enchanted Forest is a true favourite for our team. Magical, earthy, the forest feels true to Rotorua and all things wonderful. We used our fabulous toadstools and fairy house for a bit of fairy tale fun. Not to mention our stunning plan hoop chandeliers to bring the WOW factor! Fairy light backdrop is always a school ball must.

We were proud to be invited to design and theme the official opening function of the Pullman Hotel. This beautiful new hotel has so much to offer Rotorua, and we loved being able to be the first to put our creative touches on the space. From Pullman logo branding, to our living wall and wide range of elegant table decor, we created a premium feel to suit the space.
